Start from diameter, not pull force alone
Blind/pop rivet setters are sold by published nosepiece diameters and pull force. Pull force matters for steel rivets and thick grip ranges, but it does not replace the mm ceiling. This site maps diameter to three verified VEVOR US classes.
The ladder on this screen
Class 32 covers up to 3.2 mm (1/8 in) as the hand shopping step. Class 48 covers up to 4.8 mm (3/16 in) on a 2425 lbs air gun. Class 64 covers up to 6.4 mm (1/4 in) on a 3924 lbs air gun. Example: 2.4 → 32; 4.0 → 48; 6.4 → 64; 8 → NO_MATCH. Diameters below 2.4 mm are outside this consumer ladder.
Soft aluminum and steel blind rivets only as published
These consumer tools are listed for aluminum and steel blind rivets. They are not for structural bolts or specialty fasteners beyond the listing. Confirm material and live nosepiece sizes on the product page.
PPE, jaws, and air pressure
Wear eye PPE. Keep fingers clear of the jaws while the mandrel is under load. For pneumatic guns, operate within the published 4–8 bar / PSI range. Ratings are manufacturer claims — verify the live listing. Affiliate tracking is pending.
